Your stay at TERRA includes all meals and libations enjoyed in our shared indoor or outdoor dining areas, as a picnic setting, or in your own room or suite. There is no dress code as we’d like our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Menus are prefixed to highlight the seasonality of the farm and local area and specially programmed experiences. We invite you to share your dietary preferences or restrictions with our Concierge through our online concierge form after booking.
Breakfast
The day begins with a freshly baked pastry and hot coffee or tea delivered to your door. After rising, join us on the breakfast patio for a nourishing breakfast featuring farm fresh eggs, TERRA heritage Iberico bacon, fruit, and artisanal breads and pastries to get a jump start on your day.
Lunch
Our mid day meal can take many forms, such as a halibut en Pappillote with a fresh baguette or a freshly harvested garden salad paired with selected wines. Lunch may be enjoyed in one of our indoor or outdoor dining areas or as a picnic.
Hors ‘dourves Hour
Enjoy a magical Arizona sunset in the Culinary Courtyard with oysters and champagne. Or, sit in a rocking chair on our front porch to savor Terra Heritage charcuteries and a farm-inspired cocktail. We love this opportunity to sample unique artisanal flavors locally and from around the world.
Dinner
Join us around a candle lit table in our intimate dining room, or under millions of stars as Chef James Porter tells stories and cooks live over the flame. Five course menus may feature our heritage Tajima Waygu beef or the fresh harvest from the day along with thoughtfully paired wines for an elevated farm-to-table dining experience every meal.
